On July 22, the Phase I (60,000 Nm³/day) Natural Gas Liquefaction Pilot Recovery Project, invested and constructed by Jiangsu Furui Energy Service Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Furui Energy Service"), was successfully commissioned in Zigong City, Sichuan Province.

The project adopts an innovative equipment reutilization model by systematically relocating and upgrading the original 150,000 Nm³/day skid-mounted equipment from Jifu Well No. 2. This approach not only reduces investment costs but also maximizes the value of existing resources.
During the implementation process, Furui Energy Service fully leveraged its technical expertise by assembling a specialized team led by industry experts. The team developed a scientifically rigorous execution plan covering key stages such as equipment relocation, refurbishment, installation, testing, and inspection.
During the project execution, technical personnel overcame multiple challenges, including equipment compatibility adjustments and complex on-site conditions. To address the unique nature of the skid-mounted equipment, a modular relocation approach was adopted to minimize transportation losses. The refurbishment phase introduced advanced processes for comprehensive maintenance and upgrades of core components, ensuring equipment performance met new commissioning standards. During installation, 3D modeling simulations and precise on-site alignment were employed to achieve seamless integration of all systems.
The commissioning of the new project not only enhances the recovery and utilization rate of regional natural gas resources but also embodies the concept of green and low-carbon development through equipment reutilization. According to the project leader, upon commissioning, the project will enable continuous and stable operation of natural gas liquefaction pilot production, accumulate valuable experience for subsequent large-scale development, and inject new momentum into the optimization of the local energy structure and economic growth.
Furui Energy Service will continue to deepen its presence along the natural gas industry chain, driving efficient resource development and circular utilization through technological innovation and refined management, and contributing to the high-quality development of the energy sector.
