• Make full spectrum of financial management, in charge and Supporting AP, AR and payroll, etc
• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and statements, timely production of statutory accounts and make liaison with auditors
• Assess financing alternatives by considering risk, return, and market conditions
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and budgets, Monitor the cash flow of the company to make good use of fund and ensure balancing cash flow needs
• Prepare an analysis of financing needs for major capital equipment purchases, working capital, and other financing needs
• VAT return preparation and HMRC / compliance matters
• Liaising confidently with different government departments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Fluent in English and Portuguese
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• ACCA, Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) or qualification equivalent are preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical skills
• Proven experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
• Experience with financial management software systems
• Strong organizational skills
• At least 5+ years of experience in finance manage.
• Responsible for formulating the annual human resources plan for the factory, responsible for recruitment and deployment, conduct recruitment work based on approved human resource needs, expand and maintain recruitment channels, coordinate with various functional departments to formulate and improve the selection criteria and evaluation methods for talents, in order to ensure the supply of labor resources in terms of quantity and quality and employee placement, and support the company's business operations.
• Understand the business processes of the factory, assist in maintaining and optimizing the organizational structure chart and job descriptions, and update them in a timely manner based on the factory's business needs.
• Responsible for formulating the annual training plan for the factory, organize employee training, coordinate with departments to complete job qualification training and related safety education, etc.
• Responsible for coordinating the establishment and improvement of the factory's performance management system, follow up on the process, such as probationary period assessment, monthly/annual assessment, etc., and resolve problems in a timely manner to achieve continuous improvement.
• Responsible for employee attendance, maintain the attendance system and attendance document management, to ensure the implementation of the attendance system.
• Responsible for the calculation, distribution and effective communication of the factory's salary and benefits.
• Responsible for the daily administrative and logistical support services of the factory.
• Understand the management philosophy of the company, assist in promoting corporate culture, responsible for organizing group activities, handling employee relations, and enhancing employee sense of belonging and dedication.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the superior and the general manager.
• More than five years of human resources and administrative experience in production manufacturing enterprises;
• Familiar with relevant national labor laws and regulations, familiar with the basic theory
